TriStar Bank to Give $1,000 at Creek Wood/DCHS Game
Dickson, Tenn., August 17, 2009, TriStar Bank will give two fans the opportunity to win money for themselves and their representative schools during halftime at the upcoming Creek Wood vs. Dickson County football game on August 21, 2009.
A representative from TriStar Bank will draw two names, one from Creek Wood fans and one from DCHS fans to attempt to kick a field goal at half-time. Each winning fan can win up to $250 for himself along with $250 for his representative school.
Ted Williams, President and CEO of TriStar Bank, said, “I think this will be a fun way to show support for both schools. As part of both school communities, we wanted to be part of the big game. We look forward to some good high school football between the schools in our county. We wish both teams safety, sportsmanship and success.”
Fans can register to participate at any of the TriStar Bank branches, or at the entrance gate before the game. Registration is free; however, fans must be present to win.

Kevin Wilson and Thomas Phy Join TriStar Bank
TriStar Bank is pleased to announce the recent addition of Kevin Wilson and Thomas Phy.
Kevin Wilson will be joining TriStar Bank as Vice President and Loan Review Officer. Thomas Phy will be the new Assistant Branch Manager at the TriStar Bank Kroger Branch.
Wilson has 22 years experience in the banking industry and spent 5 years as a bank examiner for the Tennessee Department of Financial Institutions. His primary responsibilities will include Loan Review and being a leader in the Loan Operations department. Wilson has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Austin Peay State University.
Wilson stated, “This is a great opportunity. I am exited about working with the people at TriStar Bank and continuing involvement in the Dickson community.”
Thomas Phy’s responsibilities will include management of the TriStar Bank Kroger branch and consumer lending. Phy has a bachelor’s degree in finance, with minors in management and general business from Austin Peay State University. Before joining TriStar Bank, Phy worked for U.S. Bank and Surepoint Lending in Brentwood, TN.
Phy added, “I am fortunate to be home again. We have a great group of people at the TriStar Kroger branch, and I look forward to working with the people of Dickson County and spending more time in the community.”
